The length argument

A 150m roll runs roughly three times as long as a 50m before it needs changing. In a kitchen doing 200 covers a night, that is the difference between a roll change mid-service and one that lasts the shift. Premium wet strength means the sheet holds together on a wet prep bench instead of shredding. For lighter use see the Premium 120m or Eco 50m; use blue roll for washrooms and general cleaning.

Frequently asked questions

What is white roll used for? Food preparation areas and food-contact surfaces, hand drying at food stations and front-of-house wiping, where UK colour-coding keeps white separate from blue.

Is white roll the same as kitchen roll? It is the commercial, dispenser-format version: a white centrefeed hygiene roll sold by the case rather than a domestic perforated roll.

Does premium grade lint less? Yes. Lower linting is why premium is specified for food-contact surfaces and clean areas.
