Eco or Premium?
Eco grade is right for washrooms, back-of-house and light wiping where rolls turn over quickly: Eco 50m is the general-purpose standard and Eco 40m the budget option. Premium grade has the wet strength to hold together through oil, grease and solvent: Premium 120m is the garage standard and Premium 150m the longest run for multi-site operators.
Why blue?
UK colour-coding assigns blue to general cleaning and non-food areas, kept visibly separate from the white roll used on food-contact surfaces. It is a zero-cost cross-contamination control that EHO inspectors look for in any premises handling food.
